PAYMENT
In order to purchase products or merchandise from the BridgeCRM Website, your personal
details and credit card details for payment, must be entered into a secure 128 bit
encrypted SSL web page on the BridgeCRM Website.
All prices quoted on the BridgeCRM Website are in Australia dollars (AUD) and will
include the Australian Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) for purchases within
Australia.
If an error is made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, Platypus Systems
shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If the order has
been confirmed and charged to your credit card, Platypus Systems shall immediately
issue a refund.
Platypus Systems does not offer refunds on any of our software applications. We
do this because there is no way to guarantee that the software was actually removed
from your system after you purchase the software. It is your responsibility
to download the trial version first to ensure the product meets your requirements
and to ensure you agree to the 'Software License Agreement' terms.
DELIVERY
The cost of delivery (including any handling costs) of Platypus Systems products
purchased by you will be calculated at the time of the order, and will be incorporated
into the final price of the order.
If the customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the product, the customer shall
be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered
or incurred by Platypus Systems as a result thereof, including all storage and handling
costs.
Please note that for all international orders (orders delivered outside Australia),
you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the recipient
country's government once the product reaches your country. There should be
no customs duties for products imported to the United States due to the Australian/US
Free Trade Agreement (FTA) that came into effect on January 1, 2005.
For all international orders except for the United States, all additional charges
for customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by you. Such charges
are not included in the delivery fee or purchase price of products. We have no control
over those charges and cannot determine what they may be.
Customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining
whether customs duties will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if
the parcel has a value over a certain amount. Based on your country's customs rules,
it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level.
Customs policies vary widely between countries. You should contact your local customs
office for further information. When ordering from us you are also considered the
importer of the ordered product and you must comply with all laws and regulations
of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Platypus Systems is NOT responsible for the payment of any customs duties under
any circumstances. When ordering from us you agree to pay any import duties, which
may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any import duties
imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the
purchase price of the product and you will be charged the full purchase price of
the order and the shipping price together with any shipping amount incurred in the
return of the goods to us and any customs duty or penalty imposed by your government.
WARRANTIES
Whilst reasonable steps have been undertaken to ensure that information is free
from error, Platypus Systems does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness
of Material on this Website. All information is subject to change without notice.
Platypus Systems does not guarantee that the BridgeCRM Website or Third Party Websites
will be free from viruses, or that access to the BridgeCRM Website or Third Party
Websites will function as intended or be uninterrupted. All terms implied by law,
except those that can not be lawfully excluded, are excluded.
